House Clearing - to Help it Sell -- Nov. 15, 1993
Dear Doc and Carol,
This is a testimonial of the work you did for us to help our house sell. After we had our home on the market for over 6 months and it did not sell, I was a little concerned. I did not know what to expect when you came to visit, but it has always been interesting.  Doc, your gifts are so fantastic and I was thrilled when you said you would help.  The day turned out to be one of the most unusual ones I have ever had.  You sure don't live a boring life!!  I was a little worried when you discovered the awful history of the house and was concerned that you would not be able to clear it up.  That opinion did not last long.  I don't like to go into the basement still, but not because of how it feels, but because I don't like to do the laundry!  The dog is different also, he must sense the difference in the energy of the house, we sure do.  The move to Colorado is coming up soon, and we look forward to you visiting us soon.

Prior to Doc Howard's visit to our home we felt an unexplainable presence in our home. On several occasions we, or guests of ours spending the night, would hear breathing sounds late at night.  Also, many things around the house seemed to either get mysteriously misplaced or permanently get lost. Doc discovered a woman that had passed away.  After spending some time in communication with her, he convinced her to leave and sent her to the light.  Since then, we have not heard the sounds, and the things that are missing are now limited to the things that were actually misplaced. RULES FOR BEING HUMAN

1.  You will receive a body.  You may like it or hate it, but it will be  yours for the entire period this time around.

2. You will learn lessons.  You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called LIFE.  Each day in this school, you will have the      opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons, or think them irrelevant or stupid.  It makes no difference, you will learn            lessons.      

3.  There are no mistakes, only lessons.  Growth is a process of trial and error, experimentation.  The "failed" experiments are a much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately "works". 

4  A lesson is repeated until learned.  A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it.  When you have learned it, you can then go on the next lesson.

5. Learning lessons does not end. There is no part of Life that does not contain it's lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned. 

6. "There" is no better than "Here"  When your "There' has become a "Here", you will simply obtain another "There" that will again, look better than "Here."

7. Others are merely mirrors of you.  You cannot love or hate     something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.

8. What you make of life is up to you.  You have all the tools and   resources that you need.  What you do with them is up to you.   The choice is YOURS!

9. The answers to life's questions lie inside of you.  All you need to do is look, listen and trust. 

10.  You will get what you ask for.  It may not be what you wanted, but  it will be what you asked for.

UPON ENTERING THIS LEVEL OF EXISTENCE, YOU WILL FORGET ALL OF THE ABOVE!
